Really a long day...Dismount from camp & went to Ubi for my car... Emm.... Lunch did not had much and i don't know why... Maybe not feeling well... Directly after lunch was a movie session for a Japanese show.. Actually wanted to watch the show Housemaid but some people are just too young too watch.. Followed by an intoxication session at Hotel Windsor.. Emm.. Not too bad.. Then went straight to Henderson Wave Bridge... First time there.. One thing to remember..Always trust my own skill & knowledge on road.. Its bed time nw...Okie..I'm Happy...=)
Last entry was on 03/03/10..exactly 6 months liao..Had not blogged ever since I shifted house.. But nw i'm back.. Really missed Pasir Ris alot.. Miss my frenz alot.. But staying in Toa Payoh nw is not too bad.. At least its nearer to my work place... Frm nw on, i'll be blogging everyday to keep this blog alive...

Went for a run(rather say kena force..) juz nw at the Legend Track..First time offering my pespiration to it.. 3.2km seems like 5km..Previously in MPC, 2.4km anyhow run oso can get 11min flat..Today at the Legend Track i took average 14min to complete it..Still need to cut by 3min.. All thanks to the 铁块子 for his pacing.. 1min15sec for 400m... Juz becoz of ligament injuries 1year nv run le.. Forgot 400m hw fast.. Initially still tot maybe i 4got the pacing so juz follow blindly..*^%#@%$#*^%$@%$!!!!! Reach at 1min15sec still tot got more then 2min to rest before the next set.. KNS!!! 2nd set start i zitao puncture liao... Run finish 6 set tot finish liao happily sit dwn rest then kena force to chiong 800m more in 5min.. Kns!!! Run finish liao still zitao kena do pull up.. Haiz..

I'm home.. Back aft a happy day... Woke up and all i did till 5pm was stoning... 5pm-6pm was Bathing/Dress-up time.. Went to Vivo for a Dinner & Movie.. Had dinner at Hong Kong cafe & slack for awhile at the open garden.. Another day passed..
